Since 1988 R and L Hearing Services has been taking pride in our commitment to quality, our expertise in all-make repair, and our affordability to our customers. Quality is ensured by having skilled technicians with knowledge and experience from many different manufacturers. We purchase our parts directly from the manufacturers. In fact, we repair for several of the larger manufacturers. We bench test all of our repairs overnight, run an ANSI response curve on every repaired aid, and we apply a 100% listening test after all other tests are complete. Your repair will not go out our door until it has passed our Quality Control check system. By utilizing skilled Technicians and the best Quality Control and Support people we offer a very competitive turn-time. Most of our repairs are done within two working days.
